Provincial sports festival for pupils in 2018-2019 academic year concludes

Early February 15, provincial Department of Education and Training held a ceremony to close provincial sports festival for pupils in the 2018-2019 academic year.

Beginning from November 2018 to January 2019, this year’s sports festival absorbed more than 6,000 coaches, athletes representing 9 divisions of education-training and high schools in the province with 10 events: football, volleyball, swimming, badminton, basketball….

As a result, TDM city’s Division of Education-Training won first prize in the bloc of primary and secondary schools with 20 gold medals, 18 silver medals and 13 bronze medals. It was followed by Thuan An town, Di An town and Phu Giao district. In the bloc of high schools, first, second and third prizes went to Binh An high school in Di An town, Phuoc Vinh high school and Di An high school, respectively.
