Binh Duong Customs Department constructs question bank to serve businesses

Binh Duong Customs Department has just gathered common questions at consultation sessions, answered problems at the Customs - Business Department and Department Level Dialogue Conferences in recent years. Accordingly, the questions were selected and assessed by specialized departments of the Binh Duong Customs Department to ensure the current regulations.

The question bank is sent by Binh Duong Customs Department to all businesses in the area through clues which are branches/business associations for reference. In addition, the question bank is also publicly posted by the Binh Duong Customs Department in the "Questions and Answers" section on its website (https: //haiquanbinhduong.gov.vn/) for businesses to look up.

Binh Duong Customs Department said that building a question bank is also one of practical actions in supporting businesses. Through this, enterprises are more convenient, proactive and quicker in researching, studying and complying with customs laws and policies better.
