Binh Duong One-Member Lottery Co.Ltd. pays over VND1.15trillion for State budget

Early June 2, Binh Duong One-Member Lottery Co.Ltd. forwarded a conference to partially sum up its activities in the first half of 2020 and define orientations, tasks for the rest of the year, in attendance of Mai Hung Dung, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee.

Reportedly, the company’s total revenue of lottery release over the past six months was VND2.28trillion, down 5.8% compared to the same period last year or 43.2% of the year’s plan, due to Covid-19 pandemic while total revenue of consumption was VND2.13trillion, down 7.5% against the corresponding period. The company paid more than VND1.15trillion for State budget, up 14.2% compared to the same period last year or 77.1% of the set target.

Speaking at the conference, Mr.Dung spoke highly of results done by the company over the past time. He also asked for the company to enhance cooperation with lottery agents; improve its management and opportunely apply the State’s new policies and guidelines; continue well realizing social charitable activities; have close coordination with provincial Lottery Supervising Council, the Southern Lottery Council in all activities…

On this occasion, provincial People’s Committee awarded the certificates of merit to 32 outstanding individuals in lottery ticket business last year.
