Department of Science and Technology to promoting the development of entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems

Representatives of the Department of Science and Technology said that the department is focusing on promoting the development of startup ecosystems, innovating and organizing the implementation of the Project for establishing Community and Initiative Centers with start-up support. Besides, this year, the department also focuses on developing science - technology potentials, science and technology human resources, solutions for training and retraining human resources through the implementation of scientific and public tasks, and technology. Along with that, the Department is strengthening the connection of research institutes, universities with enterprises, departments and branches to order scientific research and technological development tasks; promote standardization, measurement, and quality.

One of the outstanding results of the Department of Science and Technology achieved in the past year was the evaluation, acceptance and handover of 11 topics for units to deploy applications. At the same time, the Department collaborated to contribute positively to the province to successfully organize the conference of World Technopolis Association (WTA) and chair the organization of the Global Innovation Forum, focusing on problems related to challenges in smart city development; Build innovative innovation ecosystem in smart city.
