For the implementation of the project "Development of labor relations", provincial People's Committee issued a decision to appoint 77 district-level labor mediators in 9 districts, towns and two IP management boards.
The establishment of a network of district labor mediators had the meaning of timely support and settlement of labor disputes, and to collaborate with local agencies to timely resolve spontaneous strikes occurringat localities. At present, some mediators have an active role in resolving collective labor disputes, strikes that are not in the right order and procedures. Some are members of Interagency task force on dispute resolution. These mediators are provided with necessary conditions for the performance of tasks, had participated fully in training sessions on legal documents.
