Thu Dau Mot City to approve the partial adjustment of 1/500 detailed planning of Binh Duong Square Trade Center construction

 People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot City issued a decision approving the partial adjustment of 1/500 detailed planning of Binh Duong Square Trade Center construction. Accordingly, Binh Duong Square Trade Center is located in Phu Loi Ward, Thu Dau Mot City. The planning area is 23,505.7m2.

Adjustment of land use planning: Position 1 adjusts 63m2 of greenery land in Lot CX1 into transportation land; position 2 adjusts 63m2 of commercial and service land in Lot 2 into greenery land. Land for greenery in Lot CX2 after adjustment is 467m2; commercial - service land after adjustment is 10,109m2. Technical infrastructure adjustment: Traffic centers and technical infrastructure items from Road No. 1 to roads of Phu Loi Housing Project.

The City People's Committee assigned Urban Management Division, People's Committee of Phu Loi ward, Binh Duong Construction - Consultant - Investment Joint Stock Company (Biconsi) to publicize the partial adjustment of the planning in accordance with the law.
