Thuan An City’s industrial production value estimated at VND 127,200 billion

According to Thuan An City Economic Office, over the first 6 months of 2021, the industrial production and handicrafts in the city continued to grow. Accordingly, the value of industrial production in the area is estimated at VND 127,200 billion (fixed price in 2010), up 6.44% over the same period last year and reaching 51.13% of the Resolution passed by the City People's Council.

In particular, domestic enterprises are estimated to generate VND 38,200 billion (fixed price in 2010), up 3.52% over the same period last year, accounting for 30% of total value of industrial production in the area. Production value increased in industries, such as food and beverage processing, footwear, garments, wood and metal products. Foreign-invested enterprises estimated to generate VND 89,000 billion, up 7.75% over the same period last year, accounting for 70% of total value of industrial production in the area.
