129 dengue patients recorded in the whole province

According to Department of Health, from the beginning of the year, 206 spots of dengue outbreak have been recorded with 129 patients under treatments in medical facilities. No cases of fatal have been reported. The infected cases were at 57 localities of the province, showing a reduction of 61% of infection. Dengue outbreaks are under control thanks to tight monitoring.

It is forecast that mosquito shall develop in the rainy season. Aside from recommendations, the Department has boosted the response to ASEAN Day of Dengue Prevention of June 15 by activities of cleaning up to destroy mosquito larvae, especially in areas of high risks.
