13 illegal immigrants negative to Covid-19

* 2^nd tests of Covid-19 related to infection series in Phu Giao district show negative results

Binh Duong provincial Department of Health has just uncovered additionally 13 illegal immigrants to the province. Those 13 people have entered the north of Vietnam through subordinate paths from China and have traveled to Binh Duong province. Upon notified by local people, the department has coordinated with police forces to investigate and quarantine those 13 immigrants at Di An city Medical Center.

People related to patient 1843 fulfill their quarantine obligation at Binh Duong provincial Military School

Ho Chi Minh city Pasteur Institute has just announced tests of those 13 illegal immigrants which showed negative results to Covid-19. Therefore, by the time, 38 illegal immigrants, 25 from China and 13 from Cambodia, have been discovered in Binh Duong province.

* Ho Chi Minh city Pasteur Institute also informed the negative results to Covid-19 of the 2^nd tests related to the infection series in Phu Giao district. Particularly, on February 14, Binh Duong provincial Department of Health conducted 2^nd tests on 35 individuals related to patients 1801, 1843, 1886, and 1887 in Phu Giao district. Within the day, the department sampled 1 individual who is a servicing person at Ca Na hamlet, An Binh commune, Phu Giao district.

Previously on February 13, the department took 252 combined samples on 1,219 people who are residents in lockdown areas and servicing people at Ca Na hamlet, An Binh Commune, Phu Giao district. The department also made 2^nd sampling of 277 people in quarantine at Binh Duong provincial Military School, 86 people in relation to patient 1843, 12 people in quarantine at Tan An ward, Thu Dau Mot city, 74 at Thu Dau Mot city Military Campus, 16 F1 of patient 1843, 1 in quarantine at Vietnam – Singapore College, and 15 in quarantine at Bau Bang quarantine zone.

In previous actions and in relation to patient 1801, the department conducted 2^nd sampling of 141 F2 under quarantine in Bau Bang, 5 F1 cases of the infection series in Phu Giao district and under quarantine in Phu Giao district, 4 collective cases of 17 medical staffs servicing 4 quarantine zones of Phu Giao district Medical Center, Phuoc Vinh B Elementary School, Tam Lap Kindergarten, and Tam Lap Elementary School. All the tested cases are negative to Covid-19.
