2 more primary schools in the province qualified as level-1 national standard

Early September 4, Tan Dinh Primary School at Tan Dinh commune, Bac Tan Uyen district held a ceremony receiving certificate approving level-1 national standard status on its school starting day. Tan Dinh Primary School was established in 1997 on low base and shortages. By 2016, the school entered its upgrading process and by January 2018, the 3-storey building of nearly 15,000 sq meters of floor and 24 classrooms and functional rooms was completed. The school currently has 100% highly qualified teachers 76% of whom are excellent teachers of the school and 50% district level. Annually, the school is committed to schooling assurance for children of schooling age. Education and curriculum quality has also been ensured at 96.5% up to 98% of completion while all school students fulfill their schooling programs. Besides, the school has also carried out emulation movements initiated by local department of education and socialized education.

Thanks to its efforts, Tan Dinh Primary School has been approved by provincial People’s Committee as level-1 national standard. On the occasion, the school held school starting day for 2018-2019 with 20 classes of 715 school students.

In the morning the same day, Ho Hao Hon Primary School of Phu An commune, Ben Cat District held its ceremony receiving approval of level-1 national standard. Ho Hao Hon Primary School was established in January 1998 by splitting from Phu An Primary School. Its staffs include 51 teachers and personnel to endure teaching and learning activities. The school has 30 classrooms, 10 functional rooms and 7 administrative rooms to ensure 2-session a day with equipment of projectors and internet connection.

On the occasion, the school start its new school year of 2018-2019 for 36 classes of 1,766 students allocated to 10 grade 1 of 477 students. The average of 49 students per class shall require endeavors of teachers to maintain education quality.
