80 outstanding families in bringing up children honored

Provincial Women’s Union and Labor Union, on June 27, held a get-together and honored outstanding families in bringing up children on the occasion of Vietnam Family Day (June 28), in attendance of Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee.

At the get-together, 80 families winning criteria of the “5 No-s, 3 Clean-s” and cultural family programs were honored. Participants were also shared experience and methods to keep happy families; the role of family and society in bringing up children, preventing family violence, accidents and injuries for children from experts.

The get-together provided participants with necessary knowledge on child protection-care and family violence prevention, contributing to keeping and upholding the traditional cultural values of Vietnamese family and improving public awareness and responsibility in family work in the intensified period of national industrialization & modernization and international integration.
