Actively preparing material facilities for upcoming election

The province has basically fulfilled preparation for the election of deputies to the 15^th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure in accordance with the law, on schedule, ensuring safety, meeting requirements in all tasks related to the election. From now until the day of the election (May 23), provincial Election Committee requires its branches to actively prepare good material facilities for the election.

As of now, provincial Election Committee has basically prepared good material facilities for the upcoming election. Specifically, the province has completed bidding packages in terms of material facilities for the election such as "Ballot box", "Election information page", "Upgrading software to synthesize election results", "Printing documents" and "Seal engraving ". Provincial Department of Home Affairs has issued more than 1,000 seals to the local electoral groups. Localities have been also equipped with copiers, scanners, printers, laptops, desktops ... for the election.

Provincial Election Committee prepares leaflets introducing candidates to localities

Localities, including Di An city, Thuan An city and Ben Cat town, now get ready for the election. According to statistics by communes and wards in Thuan An city, up to now, there are 404,615 voters, comprising of 128,206 voters with permanent residence, 271,533 voters with temporary residence. Communes and wards have made the list of voters in accordance with each polling station. The city’s Election Committee has provided enough material facilities, including additional ballot boxes, for polling stations…

Nguyen Thanh Tam, Chairman of Thuan An city’s People's Committee, Chairman of the city’s Election Committee said that the city's Election Committee has well prepared material facilities for the election, especially the work of ensuring election safety. Along with that, the city has made deep propaganda about the election among people from all strata.

Whilst, Di An city has also had good preparation for the upcoming election. The city’s Election Committee has excelled at delivering leaflets, enhanced propaganda in industrial parks, compounds and at lodging facilities. The city’s Election Committee has actively grasped and implemented election work, especially well prepared material facilities, human resources for the election…For Ben Cat town, according to Bui Duy Hien, Secretary of the town’s Party Committee, Head of the town’s Steering Committee for the election, all preparations for the election are ready ... In other localities, material facilities for the election have also been prepared well.

From now to ahead of the election day (May 23), provincial Election Committee has asked for localities to further have the best preparation about material facilities for the election. If encountering difficulties, they need to bravely have petitions to provincial People's Committee for timely methods, ensuring the success of the election for the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure in the province.

It is known that provincial Women's Union has just held an online conference guiding propaganda and supervision of the implementation of policies and laws on the election of the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure with the participation of 1,500 femal officials at all levels. So far, provincial Women's Unions at all levels have integrated propaganda about the election with 566 events and 28,866 participants; made propaganda through Zalo, Facebook, Fanpape with involvement of 10,579 turns of female officials and members.
