Activities for teenagers, children in 2016 under review

Early February 22, provincial Youth Union held a conference to review its activities for teenagers and children in 2016 and implement programs for 2017, in attendance of Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee.

The Steering Boards of activities for teenagers and children at all levels of the province last year reached positive results with creative, good ways plus quality in focus.

In 2017, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee will strengthen traditional and political ideology education among Youth Union members, teenagers, children and activities taking care of their spiritual-material lives; bring into full play the role of youths in socio-economic development; bend on improving the quality of the Youth Union and members…

Addressing the conference, Mr.Hung acknowledged and praised the Steering Boards of activities for teenagers and children at all levels of the province for their achievements while emphasizing the role of youths in the new period, which is linked with activities of the province to uphold their strength and build up model youths full of patriotism, with good health, knowledge and firm stuff.

On this occasion, provincial People’s Committee awarded the certificates of merit to 21 collectives and 18 individuals with excellent achievements in the local teenagers and children’s movements between 2014 and 2016.
