Activities taking care of needy children held

Di An town’s Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization (HCMYPO) has just worked with Dau Tieng district’s Youth Union to commence construction of a “red scarf” house to Vo Thi Minh Thu, a poor-but-excellent pupil in Long Hoa commune.

The house has a total construction cost of VND70million, including VND40million from Di An town’s HCMYPO, VND18million from Dau Tieng district’s HCMYPO and the remainder from her family.

*The Youth Union of Phu My ward in TDM city has just teamed up with HCM city-based Children’s Hospital to provide free medical check-ups and medicine for the local children with difficult circumstances. The delegation also guided parents about healthcare ways for their families.

This was also one of practical programs done by the Youth Union of the ward to take care of the local needy children.
