Bau Bang opens traditional mini-football tournament

Bau Bang district’s Center for Culture and Sports has just kicked off the 2018 traditional mini-football tournament, with the participation of 10 football teams from the Centers of Culture-Sports of districts, towns and TDM city, provincial Center for Physical Training-Sports, provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism…

Participating teams are divided into 3 groups, playing in a round-robin format from which the top two teams from each group will move on the semi-finals.  

The tournament aims to create a useful playground for the local people and promote the campaign “People Taking Part in Physical Exercise Following the Great Example of Uncle Ho”. This is a celebration of the 53^rd anniversary of the Victory of Bau Bang (November 12, 1965-November 12, 2018) towards the 5^th anniversary of the establishment of the district.
