Bau Bang’s industrial production value estimated at VND11.42trillion

Bau Bang district’s economy last year continued reaching growth. Particularly, the district’s industrial production value was estimated at VND11.42trillion, up 18%. The district also absorbed additional 129 new projects with a total investment capital of more than US$1.34million and VND482billion. So far, the whole district has had a total of 601 projects with a total registered capital of more than US$2.3billion and nearly VND25trillion.

The district’s total retail sale revenue of commodities and services was estimated at more than VND2.77trillion, up 24.2%. The district also granted 463 business registration certificates to individual business households with a total registered capital of more than VND77.66billion. The district’s agricultural production value was estimated at more than VND1.82billion, up 5.12%. In addition, the district well controlled over disease prevention.

Such these apart, the district’s Division of Economics effectively realized tasks on new rural construction, irrigation, prevention of natural disasters, power management, industrial-agricultural promotion, vocational training…
