Ben Cat is home to 28 hectares of urban farming land

Ben Cat town now has a total of more than 8,166 hectares of farming land, including around 13.03 hectares under sci-tech application and 29 hectares for urban agricultural production.

Last year, the town organized 24 training courses on how to prevent pestilent insects on various plants, techniques to grow safe fruits and vegetables under VietGap standards, knowledge regarding food safety and hygiene for 1,100 farmers.
