In order to implement Resolution No. 27 / NQ-HDND, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment advises the Provincial People's Committee to issue 9 decisions approving the land use plan for 2019 for 9 districts, towns and cities in the province, including names items of works, projects of land acquisition, change of purpose of using rice land and projects and projects with the purpose of not using rice land. Practices arise and needs adjustment

Stemming from the above-mentioned actual situation, at the same time, based on the land law provisions on the addition and adjustment of the list of works and projects to the 2019 land use plan; Through summarizing the need for additional registration and adjustment of the list of works and projects of the departments and agencies, the People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and land use organizations, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has advised the Provincial People's Committee to have the Report No. 3179 / TTr-UBND dated July 1, 2016 on adjusting and supplementing Resolution No. 27 / NQ-HDND.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee has submitted to the Provincial People's Council to consider and approve the resolution of supplementing 33 projects implemented in the form of land acquisition with an area of ​​147.48 ha; additional 2 projects implemented in the form of changing the purpose of using rice land with an area of ​​4.26 ha; adjusted 4 projects with an adjusted area of ​​6.97 ha. On July 31, 2016, the Provincial People's Council issued Resolution No. 26 / NQ-HDND on adjusting and supplementing Resolution No. 27 / NQ-HDND on the list of projects and projects subject to land acquisition and transfer. purpose of rice cultivation land in 2019 in the province.

On that basis, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment continues to advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue decisions to approve adjustment and supplement of works and projects implemented in 2019 into the land use plan of 9 districts, towns and cities in the the provincial.
