Binh Duong Customs Department gives IT training for officials

Binh Duong Customs Department held a training course to improve information technology knowledge for customs officials.

At the training, participants acquired knowledge of artificial intelligence, application of artificial intelligence into customs operations, and new functions of internal management software.

Internal management software is one of the initiatives of Binh Duong Customs Department on information technology application into work. The software was developed since Jun 2017, it has been useful in business administration, reducing administrative paperwork, reducing the number of reports, improving and acceleratingdocument processing.

To promote the effectiveness of internal management software, Binh Duong Customs Department continues to research and add a number of new functions, such as initiative management, revenue statistics, and import and export dataanalysis... contributing to improving the efficiency of management.
