Binh Duong Customs intensify administrative procedure reform

Since the beginning of the year, leaders of sub-departments under Binh Duong Customs Department have regularly instructed civil servants to review and promptly update guidance documents of Ministry of Finance, General Department of Customs, Provincial Customs Department and related ministries, branches to quickly solve problems in import and export activities of enterprises, as well as facilitate the management.

In addition, sub-departments regularly review and post up 108 sets of operational procedures at department and sub-department level; List all relevant legal documents relating to taxation, e-customs procedures and handling violations so that enterprises know and comply with; Publicize hotline number of sub-departmental leaders; At the same time effectively implement the model "Friendly office for customer satisfaction."

In the first half of this year, customs sub-departments have successfully deployed online public services of General Department of Customs, helping enterprises to carry out more conveniently procedures related to import-export activities. As of June 30, 2017, customs sub-departments handled 4,174 dossiers on the General Department of Customs’ online public service system.
