Binh Duong Electricity Company’s customers are satisfied with service quality

According to a representative of Binh Duong Electricity Company, in 2018, Southern Electricity Corporation continued to invite independent consultants (OCD Company) to evaluate satisfaction rate of customers using electricity to objectively assess satisfaction level of electricity users in 21 southern provinces and cities (except Ho Chi Minh City). Accordingly, OCD Company selected probability samples, surveyed, and assessed customer satisfaction towards the quality of Binh Duong Electricity Company’s services in Dec 2018.

After the survey, OCD Company recorded a higher rate of customer satisfaction of Binh Duong Electricity Company in 2018 compared to the score in 2017. Namely, the general assessment score reached 7.9 / 10, up 0.36 points compared to 2017. The assessing results of each factor group affecting customer satisfaction in 2018 increased compared to 2017. In addition, Binh Duong Electricity Company also effectively enhanced meeting and contacting with customers using electricity through various forms such as organizing customer conferences; joining hands with localities to hold local meetings...
