Binh Duong prepares to announce national treasures and receive cultural heritage certification

Provincial Museum is currently acting as advisor for Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to consult Provincial People's Committee on the organization of a ceremony to announce recognition decision for Phu Chanh wood weaving toolkit of Binh Duong; receive the certification of "Pottery in Binh Duong" and "Vo Lam Tan Khanh Ba Tra" to be included in the list of national intangible cultural heritage.

The ceremony is organized to widely disseminate information among people inside and outside the province about the newly recognized cultural heritage values of the province. This will be also an opportunity to thank and acknowledge the contributions of individuals and collectives in the discovery and documentation of national treasures and intangible objects, generations that have made many contributions to handing down intangible cultural heritages to younger generations.
