Binh Duong Provincial delegation visit and offer gifts to people and armed forces on Truong Sa and DK1 drill

In the afternoon of April 5, at Military Port of Cam Ranh inh Khanh Hoa Province, the Commander HQ No. 4 of Navy organized a seeing off ceremony for provincial delegations of Khanh Hoa, Vinh Phuc, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, and An Giang on their visiting trip to Truong Sa (Paracel islands) and DK1 drill. Binh Duong Provincial delegation of 21 members was led by Dang Minh Hung, the Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee.

Every April, the Navy organizes gift visits to encourage officers, soldiers and people working and living on Truong Sa and DK1 drill in a bid to remember those had fallen for independence and territories of the sea and islands of the nation.

On April 4, the HQ also organized meeting, where Dang Minh Hung – the Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee donated VND 300 million to Truong Sa Fund on behalf of Binh Duong, to guide the voyage through 10 islands and DK1/19.
