Binh Duong provincial Department of Tax to proactively support taxpayers

To rationally implement policies for taxpayers, in 10 months of 2020, Binh Duong provincial Department of Tax answered in written to 839 questions and through emails to 30 cases along with direct reply to 375 queries and 1,532 calls through hotline 1020.

Besides, through Etax, officers of Binh Duong provincial Department of Tax answered 88 questions related to taxation. In the meantime, the department organized dialogues with enterprises and survey s for satisfaction of enterprises regarding the tax agencies and resolution of taxation administrative procedures.

An unnamed representative of Binh Duong provincial Department of Tax informed that the assistance of taxpayers has helped reduce time of processing the procedures, making it easier for taxpayer and reduce time burden for the public, organizations and enterprises.
