Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee directs the project of staff positioning within public professional units

Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee just issued Document No. 4236/UBND-NC on project of staff positioning within public professional units.

Accordingly, the departments, agencies, sectors, and people’s committees of districts, towns, and cities are required to construct their own projects of staff positioning within public professional units under its management before submitting the competent authorities for approval.

Binh Duong Department of Education and Training and Department of Health are responsible for guiding and documenting the construction of the projects of staff positioning within their professional units in the province. The project construction shall be under Guidance number 196/HD-SNV dated March 18, 2013 of Department of Home Affairs and currently related regulations. The agencies and units are required to return their projects to Department of Home Affairs for verification and submission to Provincial People’s Committee for consideration and approval.

The construction of projects of staff positioning within public professional units is required to be before October 15, 2020 as a basis for submitting to Provincial People’s Council for payroll approval in 2021.
