Binh Duong – renewal and aspiration to rise

Thu Dau Mot - Song Be - Binh Duong is the land of feats of arms and renewal. Binh Duong’s Party Committee, government and people from all strata today are always proud of Phuoc Thanh, Bau Bang, Dau Tieng, War Zone D, Iron Triangle Tunnel, Thuan An Hoa War Zone ... and many locations bold with feats of arms duing the national resistance. Upholding the heroic tradition, after 46 years of national unification, Binh Duong has continued being one of the country’s leading localities in the renewal cause, under the leadership of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam. With aspirations to rise, the Party Committee and people in the whole province are determined to develop Binh Duong sustainably towards a smart city.

Phu Cuong's working house is now the Traditional House of Thu Dau Mot City, where 46 years ago, on April 30, 1975, the National Liberation Front's flag was raised in the moment when the South was completely liberated and the country was unified.

In the process of industrialization, modernization and urbanization, Binh Duong has gradually affirmed its position in the international arena.

The whole province currently has 29 industrial parks and 12 industrial compounds of over 13,000 hectares with synchronous and modern infrastructure.

Binh Duong has become an industrial province with industrial proportion accounting for over 65% of the local economic structure

The fact that Binh Duong became an official member of the World Technopolis Association (WTA) has contributed to promoting the image of the province to the world, the development of Binh Duong smart city.

The industrialization process has promoted the province’s service sector, hi-quality services.

 The province’s agricultural sector decreases in area, but develops in the direction of applying science and technology, bringing hi-economic efficiency.
