Binh Duong Taxation Department announces guidance on VAT refund by electronic means

Implementing Decision No. 710 / QD-BTC dated April 24, 2017 of the Ministry of Finance and Official Document No. 16464 / TCT-KK dated April 26, 2017 of the General Department of Taxation on receiving dossiers and returning results of settling value added tax refund by electronic means, provincial Taxation Department announce to production and business enterprises in Binh Duong province the following contents:

Regarding entitled objects: Taxpayers who file tax refund request in the case of export refund or refund of investment project having tax amount eligible for tax refund and request for value added tax refund under VAT Law. Regarding the order for electronic VAT refund: Enterprises shall comply with the guidance on the website of Binh Duong Taxation Department, specialized in: Electronic tax refund (http: // cucthue.binhduong .gov.vn / Mh_hoanthuedientu.aspx). Time of application: from 1 Aug 2017.
