Binh Duong youth pays tribute to heroes and martyrs

On occasion of the 74th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27th 1947 - July 27th 2021), on the morning of July 27, Standing Board of Bau Bang District Youth Union visited and offered incense to the District Martyrs Cemetery. At the incense offering ceremony, the youth spent a minute of silence to remember the merits of heroes and martyrs.

Due to the complicated Covid-19 situation, to ensure strict implementation of disease prevention control, the District Youth Union did not organize a gathering at the Martyrs' Cemetery, but directed Youth Union branches in the district to organize visits to memorial house in their locality.

* In the morning of the same day, Standing Committee of Phu Giao District Youth Union held a ceremony to offer flowers and incense to pay tribute to heroes and martyrs. Young persons spent a minute of silence to remember the great President Ho Chi Minh, compatriots, heroes and martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for socialism; then burnt incense on each hero and martyr's grave.

Before that, on the evening of February 26, Standing Board of Provincial Youth Union held a ceremony to offer flowers and incense to pay tribute to heroes and martyrs.

At the ceremony, the delegates together recalled the glorious history of the nation; performed the flag-saluting ceremony and a minute of silence in memory of the great President Ho Chi Minh, compatriots, heroes and martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland; offered flowers and incense to pay respects to heroes and martyrs.
