Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh is appointed as Political Commissar of Provincial Military Command

On March 20, provincial Military Command held a meeting to hand over the position and responsibilities of Political Commissar. Tran Van Nam, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Head of Provincial National Assembly Delegation, chaired the meeting.

Mr. Nam hands over the appointment decision of Political Commissar of Provincial Military Command to Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh. 

According to Ministry of Defense's decision, Colonel Ao Tan Tai, former Political Commissar of provincial Military Command (retired under the regime), handed over the position and responsibilities of Political Commission to Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh, former Deputy Political Commissar of Binh Phuoc provincial Military Command.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nam emphasized that Colonel Ao Tan Tai directed effectively Party and political affairs of provincial Military Command. offered good advice to Provincial Party Committee, People's Committee in the Party building work... Mr. Nam also hoped that, in his new position, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh would continue to devote himself, fulfill responsibilities and assigned tasks.

Lieutenant General Tran Hoai Trung, Political Commissar of Military Region 7, praised accomplishments of Binh Duong armed forces, including the contribution of Colonel Ao Tan Tai.
