Contest on “Journey following Uncle Ho’s footsteps” held

Provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Union, on May 19, held the 2018 contest on “Journey following Uncle’s footsteps”; reviewed the ten-year implementation of the Resolution No.25 of the 10^th Party Central Committee on improving the Party’s leadership over youth work in the intensified period of national industrialization and modernization, partially summed up the two-year implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No.05-CT’TW on acceleration of studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals and honored advanced youths in following Uncle Ho’s teachings in 2018 while organizing the awards ceremony of the contest on the Resolution of the 11^th national Youth Union congress and the Resolution of the 10^th provincial Youth Union congress for the 2017-2022 tenure, with the participation of 100 Youth Union members.

Reportedly, realizing the Resolution No.25 of the 10^th Party Central Committee the Politburo’s Directive No.05 over the past time helped the bloc’s Youth Union raise their awareness, understand and apply Uncle Ho’s teachings into life, thereby contributing to promoting the movement of “Studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings”.

On this occasion, the bloc’s Youth Union honored 23 advanced youths in following Uncle Ho’s teachings; awarded prizes to 7 outstanding individuals at the contest on the Resolution of the 11^th national Youth Union congress and the Resolution of the 10^th provincial Youth Union congress for the 2017-2022 tenure; organized a “Ring the golden bell” contest.

The program was organized to practically mark the 128^th anniversary of Uncle Ho’s birthday (May 19, 1890-May 19, 2018) and the 49^th anniversary of the realization of his testament (September 2, 1969-September 2, 2018).
