How to make cultural development commensurate with economic growth is a big concern of provincial leaders, especially in the period when the province is implementing the goal of developing smart, civilized and modern Binh Duong. - How do you evaluate accomplishments in cultural fields compared with the general development of the province in recent years? Especially the enjoyment of citizens from the above development results?

- Along with the province's socio-economic development, in recent years, cultural development has received the attention of leadership and has been closely directed by Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee; the cooperation of departments, branches, unions, committees, and especially the good response of all people classes.

Propaganda, cultural and artistic activities were organized in new and diversified contents, forms, attracted the attention and participation of all people. The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" and family-related works continued to be expanded, integrated with the movement of new rural cultural construction, a civilized urban lifestyle. Cultural institutions and monuments from province- to grassroots-level continued were repaired, upgraded, and renovated. Especially, the fine traditional cultural values, together with volunteer activities, through festival activities of Binh Duong continued to be promoted and spread, gave the people and visitors good impressions.

In the process of task performance, the culture, sports and tourism authorities particularly focused on the cultural enjoyment of all classes of people. The Department directed units to enhance grassroots cultural activities, constantly innovated and improved the quality of content and form to meet people demand for cultural enjoyment. In addition, the Department signed cooperation programs and plans to strengthen the coordination mechanism to organize activities for many different subjects in society, in which special attention was paid to subjects, such as: People in remote areas; pupils and students in schools; workers in industrial zones; prisoners, practitioners...

- In order for the culture to develop commensurate with provincial economic growth, how will Binh Duong in general and the culture, sports and tourism branch in particular continue to direct and invest in cultural areas, sir?

- Although the investment in cultural career development in recent years has concerned and been implemented by all levels and branches, compared to the province's socio-economic development potential, infrastructure for cultural development in general had certain difficulties and limitations. In particular, the investment in the construction of cultural institutions was not adequate and synchronous, execution progress of a number of key projects was still slow compared to the plan. Especially, large-scale cultural projects displaying Binh Duong characteristics have not been formed yet. Therefore, for cultural development to be commensurate with economic growth of the province in the coming time, in my opinion, it is necessary to focus on a number of major tasks and solutions such as: All levels and branches in the province continue to pay attention to, direct and determine the construction and cultural development and people cultivation as one of the general goals and key tasks in the socio-economic development plan of the province and each locality in 2021-2025 period and until 2030.

To implement solutions to balance between economy growth with cultural construction and development, in which people is the center, creating a solid foundation for sustainable development of the province.

To increase the scale and efficiency of the use of budget capital to invest in the development of culture and people, create a synchronization in the construction of a cultural lifestyle, urban civilization, and improve people's living standards, while more and more urban areas, condominiums, and social housing areas have been formed, creating a concentrated living environment for many residents. To closely integrate many programs and projects on building and developing culture and people with Binh Duong smart city project.

Province level will continue to invest in the construction of a number of modern and unique characteristic cultural and artistic works, which will become cultural symbols of the province; to ensure good material facilities for hosting national cultural events and foreign cultural exchanges. Localities in the province need to study and adjust land fund planning for the construction of cultural institutions to meet the people's demands and actual conditions of each area. In which, special attention should be paid to multicultural, multi-regional factors, especially workers who make up the majority of Binh Duong population structure.

To review and remove "bottlenecks", which are difficulties and problems in mechanisms and policies to attract social resources into socialization; increase support and guidance for businesses to access state support or incentive policies, thereby improving the efficiency of existing cultural institutions, gradually improving and enhancing people's spiritual and cultural lives. To step up the conservation, inheritance and promotion of values of historical - cultural relics and scenic spots combined with tourism development.

- For culture to develop adequately, turn towards the goal for people, practically serve people's interests, especially in the current period when the province is building a civilized, modern Binh Duong smart city, what did the cultural, sports and tourism agencies prepare, as well as what strategies are there to fulfil cultural goals in the coming time, sir?

- To make provincial culture to develop worthily, in the coming time, culture, tourism and tourism branch will advise and carry out some key tasks and major solutions including: To continue providing advice on adjustment, supplementation and improvement of Binh Duong culture development policy through regulations, schemes, projects, planning; and at the same time to encourage the development and implementation of cultural regulations and conventions based on autonomy of the community, and create favourable conditions for all people to participate in.

To step up the process of transforming the organizational structure and operation of cultural non-business units and professional associations in the field of culture in the direction of autonomy and self-responsibility according to the provisions of law; continue to promote the socialization of cultural activities to mobilize social resources to invest in building, exploiting and using cultural institutions and organizing cultural activities in accordance with the needs and tastes of the people. .

To invest more in on human resource training within the branch to improve staff's qualifications and professional skills; renovate and improve the quality of content and forms of cultural activities, in which encourage and create conditions for mass art and non-public art units to participate in composing and performing in order to create the diversity in artistic cultural activities serving many people classes in society...
