Dau Tieng District Party Committee announce the apparatus organizing project according to Resolution No. 18-NQ /TW

On the morning of 5 Sep, Dau Tieng District Party Committee held a conference to set forth the project of apparatus reorganizing of Dau Tieng District's political system to be effectively and efficiently according to Resolution No. 18 –NQ/TW of the 6th conference of the 12^th Party Central Executive Committee.

According to the project, Dau Tieng District Party Committee would merge some agencies having similar functions and tasks; organize the apparatus of Party's agencies, government, Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations in the direction of streamlining and efficiency; 100% of Party, mass organizations, and district authorities do not set up additional divisions, committees and units; 100% of Party's agencies, mass organizations, and specialized agencies under the district People's Committee reduced from 1 to 2 staff members. Regarding streamlining, by the year 2021, the apparatus will be cut down at least 10% payroll compared to 2017. In communes and townships, the period of 2018-2020, Party secretary will also hold the position of People's Committee Chairman (from 2 to 4 communes); Number of staff will not exceed 28 people on payroll per commune; hamlets and quarters will reduce by 3 to 4 people working in a non-specialized manner.
