Dau Tieng District to enhance dissemination of tax laws

 Dau Tieng District Tax Office has held a meeting to review the tax collection on agricultural and non-agricultural land use over the first 6 months this year, and set forth tasks for the last 6 months in the district.

Accordingly, tax arrears on agricultural land use amounted to over VND204 million from previous years of An Lap, Minh Tan and Minh Hoa communes. Over the first 6 months of 2020, these communes did not collect revenues. Regarding taxes on non-agricultural land use, at the year beginning, total mounting tax arrears of communes and towns was nearly over VND873 million. The tax revenue of the first 6 months accounted for only 5.09% of total arrears. Until the end of the year, Dau Tieng District continues to implement measures in tax management and state budget revenue; effectively apply information technology into management, State budget collection tied to reform of administrative procedures; assist enterprises. Besides, the district intensifies the dissemination of tax law and policy; handle cases of late tax payment according to regulations.
