Dau Tieng Rubber Company gains total revenue of over VND 2,000 billion

On 14 Jan, Dau Tieng Rubber Company held a summary meeting of production and business activities in 2019 and announced directions and missions for 2020. Nguyễn Minh Triết, Former President; Trần Ngọc Thuận, Chairman of Directors Board of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, attended the meeting.

In 2019, the company produced 28,152 tons of dry latex, reaching 102.22% target, the average yield was 1.94 tons/ha. The company purchased over 15,677 tons of latex, completing over 120% target; processed nearly 43,000 tons, reaching over 108% target. Total revenue of the year was VND2,063.79 billion; in which rubber revenue was VND1,485.92 billion; total profit before tax reached VND631.48 billion; contributing to the State budget of VND188.17 billion; contributing VND449.37 billion to Vietnam Rubber Industry Group. Thanks to efficient production and business, the average salary of the company's employees reaches 7.2 million VND / month, equal to 119% target set out by Resolution of the 2019 Workers' Conference; The average income of employees reached VND9 million/month, an increase of 5% compared to 2018.

In 2020, the company strives to generate 28,500 tons of rubber; total revenue of VND2,089 billion, of which rubber revenue to reach VND1,384 billion; at the same time, well managing the prices and actively consuming, taking advantage of the good prices to ensure profit of 2 million/ton or more. In addition, the company will continue to streamline its organizational system, heighten effective and efficient operation; improve management procedures, working methods, raise the qualifications and capacity of employees to meet the development requirements of the company.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the State Capital Management Committee, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and Chairman of Binh Duong provincial People's Committee presented emulation flag to the company for having excellent achievements in its production and business in 2019. Many collectives and individuals of the company received certificates of merit from the Prime Minister; Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; State Capital Management Committee and Provincial People's Committee.
