Dau Tieng’s basic construction investment promoted

As of July 30, Dau Tieng district’s capital disbursement for basic construction investment reached nearly 59% of the year’s plan. The result from the efforts by the district in effectively realizing solutions for public investment, promoting major works on basic construction on schedule…

Thanks to being proactive to take solutions, the district since early this year has ensured public investment, despite Covid-19 pandemic. The progress of construction of the district’s major works, namely An Lap secondary school, Minh Tan secondary school, the 4B street of residential area in Dau Tieng township, the DH704 street through Dinh An commune…, has been guaranteed in accordance with the set requirements.

The district has also disbursed more than VND209billion in public investment capital or 59% of the year’s plan. The district has always improved management in public investment; continued instructing relevant units to hasten the progress of construction of works on schedule, regularly checked their implementation…

In addition, the district’s Investment-Construction Projects Management Board has closely implemented the process of the next investment projects, ensuring the local plan on capital disbursement for public investment this year. Many construction projects in the district, namely Phan Boi Chau street, the expanded DT750 street, the DH704 street from Thanh An to Dinh Hiep, Long Hoa primary school…, have been carried out and some others will be commenced in early 2021.

Lam Tan Phat, Vice-Director of the district’s Investment-Construction Projects Management Board said that the district has also attached special importance to selecting competent investors in order to participate in realizing works, projects; paid more attention to inspection, supervision over the realization of works, projects for better quality…, thereby contributing to the local socio-economic development.

According to Nguyen Phuong Linh, Chairman of the district’s People’s Committee, since early this year, the district’s People’s Committee has instructed the local Investment-Construction Projects Management Board to make site clearance and land fund development; have close coordination with investors to hasten and perfect investment procedures in order to carry out projects economically and effectively…The district’s People’s Committee has also been proactive in capital, helping contractors hasten the progress of construction of works and fulfill them on schedule, contributing to completing the local development targets for 2020.

Possibly speaking, the district’s basic construction since early this year has reached more positive changes than the same period last year. With a high sense of responsibility, the district is determined to fulfill the local plan on basic construction investment this year.
