Department of Natural Resources and Environment to implement solutions to accelerate land compensation and clearance

 In order to accelerate land compensation and clearance, Department of Resources and Environment counselled Provincial People's Committee to stipulate cooperative regulations between Provincial Land Fund Development Center, district-level Land Fund Development Centers and relevant agencies and units in land compensation, household support, resettlement.

Besides, Department of Resources and Environment collaborated with Department of Finance to review the levels of compensation and site clearance to ensure funding for land fund development centers. Department of Natural Resources and Environment proposed Provincial People's Committee reports to Ministry of Finance to adjust Circular 74/2015/TT-BTC on May 15th 2015 in accordance with the actual situation. In addition, the Department promptly ascertained the situation, actively settled or collaborated with relevant departments, branches to timely solve difficulties in compensation and site clearance in the province, shorten the evaluation time.
