The Executive Board of the 11^th Di An town’s Party Committee for the 2015-2020 tenure, on October 10, held its 21^st session with focus on reviewing the local socio-economic development, national defence-security over the past nine months and extending orientations, tasks for the rest of the year.

Over the past nine months, the town’s Party Committee instructed Party organizations, authorities, mass organizations at all levels to seriously implement the Party’s resolutions, directives and the State’s policies, laws; organize activities in celebration of the 20^th anniversary of re-establishment of the district. The town’s political system continued being strengthened. The town’s production values of industry, trade-service and agriculture reached 75.53%, 75.76% and 75.34% of the year’s plan, respectively. The town’s State budget collection was 65.27% of the year’s plan while State budging spending got 76.44% of the year’s plan. The town’s capital for basic construction got 70.5% of the year’s plan with 18 works commenced for construction, 6 put into operation…

In the remaining 3 months of the year, the town will continue seriously carrying out the targets of breakthrough programs in the realization of the resolution of the 11^th local Party congress; focus on preparing for the organization of Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 tenure.

Over the past nine months, the town’s Party Committee instructed Party organizations, authorities, mass organizations at all levels to seriously implement the Party’s resolutions, directives and the State’s policies, laws; led the implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No.05-CT/TW on “acceleration of studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle” in association with the Resolution of the 12^th Party Central Committee’s 4^th session; concentrated on streamlining the working structure of the political system in an effective and efficient manner. The town’s production values of industry and trade-services were more than VND168.1trillion and VND49.63trillion or 73.68%-74.91% of the year’s plan, respectively…

For the rest of the year, the town will continue implementing programs, plans on the realization of the Party’s resolutions; review action programs, plans on the realization of the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels; focus on preparing for the organization of Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 tenure as planned…

With solidarity and determination of the entire political system, the town basically fulfilled the local targets on socio-economic development in the first nine months of 2019 while maintaining national defence-security. Particularly, the town’s total production value was nearly VND103trillion, a year-on-year increase of approximately 20%. The town absorbed additional 541 investment projects totaling US$388million and VND3.5trillion. In addition, the town paid more attention to education-training at the local people’s demand for teaching and learning. The town’s Party and government building was also well realized in accordance with the resolution of the local Party Committee in 2019 as well as central and provincial policies. From now till year-end, the town’s Party organizations, authorities and mass organizations at all levels and people will further put focus on implementing 2019’s plans, programs, the Directive No.39-CT/TU of the local Party Committee; take groups of measures for the Resolution No.18-NQ-TW of the 12^th local Party Committee; bend on preparing for the organization of Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 tenure.
