Folk song festival in celebration of Vietnamese Women’s Day to be held

To celebrate the 88^th anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union (October 20, 1930-October 20, 2018) and national Women’s Day (October 20), provincial Women’s Union has just issued a plan on the organization of the Folk Song Festival 2018.

The festival is expected to take place on October 12 ahead at provincial Children’s Cultural House with singing and dancing items in praise of the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland, the fine traditions of Vietnamese women…It also aims to make dissemination of information about the virtues of Vietnamese women in the period of national industrialization and modernization, studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings.

The organizers will award prizes to outstanding individuals and collectives at the festival.
