Food safety enhanced in Bau Bang district

Food safety and sanitation is the socially concerned issue that affects human health, prompting Bau Bang district to made many efforts of managing and ensuring food safety and sanitation.

To timely uncover and sanction violation and to protect benefits and health of consumers, the inter-department directive board of food safety and sanitation of districts, towns and townships have proactively planned for intensified inspection of food safety and sanitation at food producers and traders as well as those servicing foods and street foods.

The inspection has been focused on legal regulations on food safety and sanitation, certificates of food safety and sanitation, commitments of foods safety, certificates of health assurance and knowledge of food safety and sanitation of owners and people directly working in food industries and conditions of food safety and sanitation assurance.
