Good effects from family project implementation

According to assessment of provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the project "To propagate and educate about lifestyle and ethics in Vietnamese families period 2010-2020" in the province gained certain good results.

Accordingly, through activities in residential areas, households were able to access and better understand Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control; Law on Gender Equality; Marital Act; Women have more knowledge about reproductive health care, skills to build and preserve family happiness, thereby contributing to raising the rate of households meeting cultural standards; case number of domestic violence and child marriage in the province is also much lower than before. Over 10 years of implementing the project, the rate of households reaching cultural families' standards increased from 91.77% in 2010 to 94.27% in 2015 and by 2020 reaching 96.60%.
