“Good farmer in production and business” emulation movement under review

Early June 28, Tan Uyen district’s Farmers’ Association held its 4^th conference to review the emulation movement of “good farmer in production and business” between 2017 and 2019.

Over the past three years, the emulation movement continued reaching in-depth development, making pervasion in the local fields of agro-forestry and fisheries, home industry and services. So far, total outstanding loans under the management of the local Farmers’ Association have reached more than VND68billion with more than 2,700 borrowers. The association also paid more attention to giving vocational training, supporting farmers to get access to sci-tech advancements, building trademarks…In the coming time, the association will further improve the quality of the emulation movement of “good farmer in production and business”…

At the conference, the town’s People’s Committee also commended and rewarded outstanding individuals in the emulation movement of “good farmer in production and business” for the period of 2017-2018.
