“Great unity” house donated to the poor

Thuan An town’s Women’s Union has just coordinated with the Steering Board of Tan Thanh border posts and Tan Tien commune’s Women’s Union in Bu Dop district in the southern province of Binh Phuoc  to hand over a “great unity” house to the local poor household.

Accordingly, the 90-sq.m house was given for To Thi Lieu Chau residing in Tan Tien commune’s Soc Ne hamlet with a total cost of VND100million, including VND50million from Thuan An town’s Women’s Union has just coordinated with the Steering Board of Tan Thanh border posts and Buddist followers from Giac Tam pagoda in Lai Thieu ward and the remainder from her family

On this occasion, her family was also presented gifts from the local government and donors. This was one of deeds with deep human significance, showing the spirit of “mutual love, mutual affection”, tightening solidarity between the above units and expanding the great national unity bloc.
