Ground-breaking ceremony organized for administrative center and public service housing in Bau Bang district

Early November 30, Bau Bang district authority organized ground-breaking ceremony to construct its administrative center and public service housing. Attending the event was Nguyen Minh Triet, former Politburo member and State’s President and Nguyen Thanh Truc, Deputy Chairman of Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee.

The construction of district administrative center is hosted by District Construction Investment Project Authority which has invited bid winner of Construction 5 JSC. The construction is valued at over VND 266 billion including VND 206 billion of constructions and over VND 18 billion of equipment in a type-2 construction of 9 floors of 15,409 square meters.
Besides, by district budget, the district authority is to construct public service housing at the cost of nearly VND 40 billion for a 5-floor building and roof floor on 4,088 square meters. The construction is constructed by bid winners of Thuan Phu Investment and Construction One-member Co Ltd. and Dai Viet Construction, Road and Bridge Co. Ltd.

The construction time of the administrative center is expected to last 690 days and the public service housing construction 360 days. Those are major constructions under socio-economic development of the district.

Vo Thanh Giau, Chairman of Bau Bang district People’s Committee informed that the constructions are to satisfy needs and working conditions for staffs and officers working for agencies, divisions, the public and enterprises in need of paper work in a bid to improve administrative reforms an create modern and civilized appearance of Bau Bang district. He suggested that the contractors should coordinate with functional agencies to promote the construction progress by the required schedule and design. He also called for local agencies and divisions to help the contractors fulfill the construction by the schedule.
