In early 2019, businesses need to recruit about 35,000 workers

Job consultancy, introduction for laborers at Provincial Employment Service Center. 

According to provincial Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, in early 2019, enterprises in the province needed to recruit about 35,000 workers, of which unskilled laborers accounted for about 65%.

Le Minh Quoc Cuong, Director of Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, said that in order to timely meet the recruitment demands of enterprises in the province, the department had directed Provincial Employment Service Center to strengthen activities to update labor market information such as: Maintaining the organization of job transaction sessions, continuing to well perform tasks of receiving and settling unemployment insurance policies for employees who quit their jobs. At the same time, instructing enterprises to continue implementing well salary, bonus and welfare regimes for employees in order to retain workers...
