Stemming from the aforementioned requirements, the Center for Investment, Trade and Industrial Development Promotion of the Department of Industry and Trade has supported the company to invest in an unburnt brick pressing line to produce high-strength, sound-proof, insulation, fireproofing, waterproofing, water proofing, accurate dimensions, more perfect specifications of baked materials. This helps the company minimize steel structures, shorten construction time, save mortar and lower costs in construction.

Products after being manufactured by the company from advanced technology and equipment to ensure quality and standard specifications in accordance with Vietnam standards announced by the Ministry of Construction. Lines of machinery and equipment operating in the company are put into use to ensure a closed process, increase productivity, product quality, ensure the uniformity in each product, just use effective raw materials. After being supported to invest in an unburnt brick pressing line, the company's revenue is estimated to increase by 20-30%, production and labor costs will decrease by 10-15%, profit before tax will increase from 15-30% than before.

Mr. Le Hoang Anh, Director of Tanoi Service Trading Production Joint Stock Company, said that before, when it had not yet invested in vibrating presses, the company had produced static laminating lines for low productivity. After investing in a line of fully automatic control machines, the product is made evenly and technically responsive, shortening the editing time, saving production materials, increasing productivity from 3 - 5 times more than before. Currently, the company's production line can produce bricks in different specifications, such as QT 6-15 (40 tablets 180x80x80, 48 tablets 180x80x40, 6 bricks 390x190x190, 12 bricks 390x90x190) and important reduce labor costs (from 5 employees to 1 worker).

Mr. Anh added that the investment in unburnt brick production is highly feasible and cleans the environment due to the absence of direct burning fuels such as firewood, coal and rice husks; Do not use clay material for production, so do not lose agricultural land. Besides, implementing this project, businesses do not use fuels such as coal, firewood ... to burn, so save fuel, energy and do not emit dust and pollute the environment; take advantage of available local resources (quarries are being exploited in Bac Tan Uyen district).
