Inspection and review of coffee production and processing facilities to be strengthened

Action Month for Food Safety and Hygiene 2018 was launched from April 15 to May 15, 2018. After the inspection of provincial authorities, law compliance on food hygiene and safety of enterprises, organizations and individuals in food production, business and processing activities had good changes.

Dinh Thien Thuan, Head of Sub-Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Quality Assurance, said that in addition to the inspection as planned for the Action Month 2018, the sub-department had inspected 100% coffee production and processing establishments in the whole province. As the inspection is still in progress without final result, the initial inspection results showed that the production strictly complied with regulations on food hygiene and safety.
