Inspectorate of Provincial Party Committee works with Department of Construction

Early May 25, the Inspectorate of Provincial Party Committee led by Tran Thanh Liem, the Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee had a working session with Department of Construction on leadership, command and implementation of the 12^th Resolution of Party Congress, the 10^th Resolution of Provincial Party Congress of 2015-2020 tenure with focus on 4 breakthrough programs of Provincial Party Committee.

As reported by the Department of Construction, the province has mobilized sources from economic components for socio-economic infrastructure development in 2016-2020. Currently, the province has attracted 85 projects of social housing over 3.9 million square meters. Up to date, in the province is 25 projects fulfilled over 500,000 square meters of floor, of which 5 out of 43 projects of social housing of Becamex. Along with focal development of housing, the department has consulted with provincial People’s Committee directed the improvement and beautification of urban area in the South of the province including Thuan An, Di An, Thu Dau Mot, Ben Cat, and Tan Uyen. Architecture and urban scenery have been invested to create modern area space including Binh Duong Complex of Industry-Service-Urban with semi fulfillment of infrastructure, Becamex Commercial Center.

Addressing the working session, Tran Thanh Liem proposed the Department of Construction to review criteria not fulfilled in Resolution and Action Plan of Provincial Party Committee for remedy measures. The Department is required to consider and evaluate urban planning in comparison in the locality with general planning to minimize unrealistic planning barring urban development.
