Joining WTA creates more opportunities for enterprises in Binh Duong

Binh Duong's mmebership in WTA will create which opportunities for enterprises? In respond to integration trend, enterprises need to do what to develop? etc. were questions asked by enterprises as Binh Duong joined the WTA. Binh Duong Newspaper had a talk with Ly Ngoc Minh, General Director of Minh Long Company – the one organization in charge of gift production for guests attending the 2018 WTA Summit.

 - Minh Long Company is a local successfully enterprise leading in technology innovation, product improvement. How do you assess the interests of business community in terms of science - technology as Binh Duong joined the WTA?

- Binh Duong province has many domestic and foreign companies. The membership in WTA is a good opportunity for each company to approach the world's advanced science and technology, apply it into production, and at the same time support the environment for developing modern knowledge sources. Binh Duong's membership in WTA promises to open up the potential for promoting international cooperation between enterprises and developing the common infrastructure in the province, bringing enterprises to a new height in the Industry 4.0.

- Sir, to catch up with the technological trend of the world, what do Vietnamese enterprises in general and Binh Duong enterprises in particular need to do now?

- In order to keep up with the current technology trend, each enterprise must develop its own strategy in line with the potential and orientation for long-term development. It is important for enterprises to change their old thinking, to always learn, to equip themselves with scientific knowledge and to selectively acquire new achievements, boldly apply and innovate appropriately to production practices in order to create new improvements, catch up the trend of global innovation.

In recent years, Minh Long Company has continuously researched thoroughly and gradually applied new technologies, creating a breakthrough in ceramic industry in Vietnam and the world. Namely, the company applied high-temperature baking technology, one-time baking, color painting on porcelain, specialized robots and modern machinery from Germany and Japan. Minh Long's goal is to perfect their system of workshops with European equipment and the world’s advanced technologies. In addition, the company is also interested in heightening the professional ability of the workforce in order to improve the production and quality of products to international standards, affirming the brand name of Vietnamese ceramics in the world.

- At High Tech Fair of WTA 2018 Summit, which products does Minh Long introduce?

- At High Tech Fair of WTA 2018 Summit, in addition to high quality aesthetic products of Vietnamese ceramics industry, I would like to introduce new innovative products. It is a product of ceramic pot–a cooking utensil, with 3 outstanding features, such as thermal shock resistance up to 800⁰C, and unique features, like boil/steam food without water, fry food at 130 - 132⁰C... help cooking to be delicious, fast, good for health and fuel savings.

Followed by a tea pot set with a new style that is different from the traditional way, it can retain the same flavor of tea after 5 – 6 times of pouring water. It can be said that this is a "4.0 teapot” with many benefits, is a new invention of our company to help users easily infuse and enjoy tea with a new style, suitable for modern life.

- According to the WTA 2018 Summit Organizing Committee, Minh Long is the producer of souvenirs for conference guests. Could you please introduce some features of this gift?

- Minh Long produced many souvenirs for national and international events (APEC, ASEAN 17, ASEM...). On this occasion, I want to bring a new souvenir that demonstrates cultural characteristics and contains high aesthetic and art value. Hexagonal lotus vase is a product that I’ve just finished with a new, unique design (hexagon). The main decorative pattern is lotus flower – Vietnamese national flower bearing the will to rise up, overcome hardships, has both nostalgic with traditional cobalt blue and modern, world-class style. The vase is a gift imbued with national identity and expresses our heart and respect to guests.
