Legal aid for businesses in 2018

Provincial People's Committee has issued a legal support plan for businesses in the province in 2018. Accordingly, provincial People's Committee assigned Department of Justice to collaborate with relevant departments, Binh Duong Newspaper, Binh Duong Radio and Television Station, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to continue reviewing and consolidating, strengthening the contingent of civil servants and employees to provide legal aid for enterprises, ensure their capacity to perform well the tasks; give training of legal knowledge on legal aid for enterprises, civil servants, officials and legal officials of businesses to improve professional skills, professional consultancy, meet international integration requirements.

The plan also required the quality improvement of legal information activities for businesses; Organizing seminars, discussions, direct talks, business consultancy conferences, introductory seminars ... to answer difficulties, problems and give recommendations to enterprises; Providing direct legal support for enterprises through specific activities; Organizing the implementation of legal aid programs for enterprises.
