Local agro-forestry-fisheries production in 2018 to surge 3.5%

Mai Hung Dung, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee acknowledged and praised achievements done by provincial DoARD. But, in the coming time, provincial DoARD’s directorate needs to focus on researching central policies and real conditions in order to advise provincial People’s Committee on issuing policies to tap and bring into full play potentialities and advantages of the local agricultural sector; strengthen agricultural promotion, focus on making sci-tech transfer for farmers…

On this occasion, provincial DoARD was awarded the emulation banner of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MoARD). There were also 2 individuals and 2 collectives awarded the certificates of merit of the MoARD for their excellent performance in the emulation movements of the sector’s restructuring and new rural construction, contributing to the cause of agriculture and rural development in the 2014-2016 period.
